Grant Application - 17 & Under
The clearer the information we receive the better. Try to work out your answers before you apply and have all the relevant paperwork to hand, which you can upload as a document, or take a photo and upload first, clearly naming the files.

- Please ensure COPIES of all documents, in support of your application are attached/included.
- It may not be possible to consider your application if you do not provide the information requested.
- Any hard copy note documentation cannot be returned.
- If your application is successful any, or all, of the enclosed documentation may be held electronically for compliance purposes, any documentation not required will be destroyed immediately and securely following any award decision.

Supporting Documents We'll Need
1. Are you in receipt of the Government allocated Schools or Colleges bursary?
YES
Your School or College must provide the Foundation with proof of your bursary eligibility as assessment of your income.
NO
As we need to assess your income please consider if you, or a parent/guardian are in receipt of any:
- Paid employment
- State benefit
- Aged 17 & under Household income (if not living independently).
- Also include any personal income and/or benefit.
- Details of your expenditure may be asked for at a later date and prior to submission of application.
2. Do you have any additional income or savings?
We will need details of any other form of income you have that may contribute to the cost. Please consider and include details of:
- Savings
- Other charitable donations
- Fundraising
3. Reference of Support
You will need to provide a copy of any Tutor/Institution/Employment reference in support of your application that you would like us to consider.
